The bathrooms were completely trashed... 15 employees working only three tables were occupied. No one at the bar I sat down at 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday night had my food in 10 minutes and I told the waiter well done he brought me out of soggy pizza and soggy wings I said please can you send it back and please make it well done he said no problem he brings it back 3 minutes later and this is what it looked like barely up to their standard.

I am a huge fan of Anthony's however this location was an absolute disappointment. The bundle is an awesome deal however they rushed my food literally told the waiter to well done the wings and well done the pizza I told him I like it burnt 🔥 and I'm always scared telling any waiter that at any Anthony's coal fired pizzeria because of the fact they will literally do just that. However my pizza came in like 10 minutes also with my wings and everything was barely cooked I told him please send it back into put it through well done and even after all of that this is how my pizza looked. Barely up to their standard. Oh my goodness and don't get me started on the bathrooms complete trashed 15 employees working and it was slow there was only three guests there including my table. They're all just hanging out. I think the manager should be more attentive to the customer and the atmosphere making sure it's clean 🫧 because it surely was not 🚫

Amazing lunch today I used to come here a lot. I stopped for a while due to the lack of service and other issues with the food quality. My pizza would usually not be what I wanted, but I was craving it so I went back in. It was amazing! I’m glad I went back. I like the new red shirts gives a little pop. Colin came over and recognized. We were back thought that was cool. We will be dining there more frequently

My husband said the sauce was tasty! Upon walking inside, I was warmly greeted by the chef. Placing my order was easy and quick. The pizza was ready in under 10 minutes. The crust was crunchy with the right consistency. My husband ate a slice after the pizza cooled down as he was driving. I had a slice while hot. The pizza was reheated in the air fryer the next day, and it was delicious.

We came in with a party of 12 and fully expected a bit of a wait for a table, which was completely understandable and not an issue. What stood out right away, though, was how understaffed the restaurant appeared to be. During what seemed like a busy dinner rush in the middle of Spring Break, I only counted about three servers working. It took quite a while before we were able to place drink orders, and then even longer to place our food orders. Once the food came out, it was actually very good. The presentation and taste were exactly what you’d expect from a quality pizzeria. Unfortunately, the service delays continued at the end of the meal. It took another 30 minutes just to get the check and boxes. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry in the past, including in management, and one thing I always believed was that when your staff is in the weeds, leadership should jump in—running food, bussing tables, helping with guests, whatever it takes. That didn’t seem to be happening here. The food was good, but the overall experience suffered because the staff clearly needed more support during a busy night. Either additional servers are needed, or management needs to be more hands-on
